Policy on amplifiers and pedals: For all amplifier builds, price must be paid either in full or with a 75% deposit (paid through paypal, money order, or check). There is a 4-6 week lead time on all amplifiers and 2 weeks on all pedals. Warranty on amplifiers and pedals: 5 year limited warranty. Tubes are covered for 30 days with a limited warranty. With wah pedals, pots are covered for one year. On all amplifiers and effects, there are no user serviceable parts on the inside of the amp. I mount the tubes on the outside, and provide external bias pots and jacks to adjust bias. If you need your amp or effects pedal serviced, send it to us. If it is covered under warranty, we will service it for free. Otherwise, standard charges apply ($40/hour).
