Limited Lifetime Warranty

Effective October 21, 2026

Dual Stage LLC (DBA: Dual Stage Amplification) (“DSA”) builds every pedal to last. This Limited Lifetime Warranty explains what DSA covers, for how long, and how to get service.

This warranty applies to all DSA products, including those purchased before its effective date.

Who is covered

The original retail purchaser of a new DSA product bought from DSA or from an authorized DSA dealer, with proof of purchase. This warranty is not transferable.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship in DSA products under normal use.

How long coverage lasts

For as long as the original purchaser owns the product, starting on the date of purchase.

What DSA will do

DSA will repair a covered product at no charge for parts or labor. If repair is not practical, DSA will replace it with the same model or a comparable one. DSA pays return shipping to U.S. addresses for covered repairs; return shipping to addresses outside the U.S. is the owner’s cost.

What is not covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, dropping, liquid, fire, or other external causes.
  • Damage from a power supply with the wrong voltage, polarity, or type for that model. Each model’s power requirements are listed in its manual.
  • Damage caused by modification, repair, or service performed by anyone other than DSA.
  • Normal cosmetic wear, such as scratches, chips, and wear to the finish or graphics.
  • Products sold as DIY kits or sold “as is.”
  • Products bought from unauthorized sellers, or with the serial number removed or altered.
  • Damage that occurs in shipping to DSA. Pack the product securely and insure the shipment.

How to get service

  1. Submit the Repair Request form at dualstageamps.com/pages/repair-request, or email info@dualstageamps.com with your name, order number or other proof of purchase, the serial number, and a description of the problem. If you bought from a dealer, the dealer can also start the claim for you.
  2. DSA will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely, mark the RMA number on the package, and ship it insured to:

    Shipping to DSA is at your cost.
  4. Most repairs are completed within 7–10 business days after DSA receives the product.

Repairs not covered by this warranty are available for a fee. DSA will quote the cost before doing any work.

Limits and your legal rights

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

DSA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ITS PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
